WHAT HOW DID YOU DO IT ALL IN ONE GO YOU ABSOLUTE MADMAN…..i’m glad you got some enjoyment out of it but yeah there are so many ways to go about it and going the empathetic/inland empire-focused route the first run meant i got all the psyche stuff which was cool 2 me (the cryptid scene is my fav in the entire game!) u should def take a break but i hope u find more fun stuff ur 2nd go :3c

oh wait no i misread that as you doing all 27 hours consecutively for some reason i’m dumb LMAO….i think i averaged around 40 hrs in 3 days so i’m not much better off haha

oh my god yeah if i did 27 hours straight i would have died. when i went to bed for sleep aka my 8 hour and only break from disco elysium i was still trying to keep track of all the shit i had to do the next in-game day

the cryptid scene was so fucking good!! that dialogue was so sweet & hopeful after such a bleak slog through Everything Else, it was an unexpected direction but definitely not an unwelcome one. it was so funny to see the little +1 stat boost to approaching it for “you kept doing those dumb cryptozoologist quests even after kim begged you to be a normal fucking person and focus on the murder”........ also it told me to be even more communist and i was like. nice.

i think the cryptid scene is one of my faves too but also. a lot of the sleep sequences, arguing w/ the brain functions, had some of my favourite dialogue for answers. the stubborn “no i’m going to wake up and keep doing things even though they are hard and i am in pain and it seems pointless” moments were all REALLY good and my favourite part of the game’s general atmosphere. also the dream near the very end w/ dolores-dei-but-not-really even tho it was confusing bc the surreal atmosphere was GREAT. i want WAY more of those scenes.

yeah so i really hope it doesnt turn into a “late bloomer” kinda narrative bc thats reallyy old

misora’s experiences just match up so closely with mine at that age it really struck me (tbh if i had known what aroace even was in 6th grade i definietly would have started identifying as it sooner, and saved myself a whole lot of bs and self-loathing)

since yuhki kamatani is openly asexual and x-gender, i do have a lot of hope that this will be real deal representation

^^crystal castles yea or maybe really noisy-sounding but pleasantly ambient lo-fi stuff? like this is corny but teen suicide always helps me when i just want to tune out the world

teen suicide might help with the kind of loud vibe I want to hear.. although my issue at the moment is more that I want to tune in to the world? im having an add moment where I cant focus @_@

also thanks! im learning not to be timid about painting and jus slap that color RIGHT ON THERE!! looks atrocious for the first twenty mins or so but then it really comes together more often than not eijfosda!!!
