you wouldn’t think these two would get along,  considering usagi can be lazy relaxed,  &&  sakura is the complete opposite,  but they share a similar tender heart  &&  a deep compassion.  they tend to boost each other in this regard;  usagi’s kind heart inspires sakura to be a little gentler,  while sakura’s assertiveness gives usagi the nudge she needs now  &&  again.

sakura has no idea luna is a talking cat;  she treats her like a regular cat,  cooing  &&  all,  &&  usagi has never seen luna so offended as when sakura is gushing about what a “pretty wittle kitty” she is

sakura did not like mamoru at all when they first met;  she found him off-putting  &&  really usagi, he’s how old??? what a pervert can’t he get a girlfriend his own age why is he hanging out w/ a bunch of young girls.  even after they start to get along,  she has no issue with giving him a hard time.

they can spend hours gossiping. honest to god hours.  sakura will braid usagi’s hair ( how does she grow it so long??? how does she manage ),  and the two of them will chatter until they fall asleep, if you let them.
