layered 369 for conscious creating ᯓ★

sometimes i use the original 369 method — one sentence, repeated in cycles. but other times, when i want to go deeper, i use a layered version. it’s not just about repetition. it’s about embodiment.

this one helps me align the thought, the why, and the feeling — not just what i want, but the version of me that’s already holding it.

how it works: this method uses 3 layers of focus:

✧ 3x — identity statement ✧ 6x — action / reason ✧ 9x — gratitude / outcome

you write all of them in one sitting — ideally in the morning or evening, when your subconscious is more open.
