Lilia Calderu x Agatha Harkness
Agatha was looking for a coven for the witches road, and the first person she went to was Lilia.
She went inside to Lilia's psychic readings, and Lilia was surprised to see Agatha, because they haven't seen each other for centuries.
But she just acted like she wasn't surprised or anything, she was pretending she didn't know her.
"Welcome to the curious." Lilia said, and Agatha has a surprised face.
"Good day, madam, Oh! thank you so much for seeing us, we are hoping for a miracle today!" Agatha said, in a weird accent, Lilia smirks. "Agatha…"
Agatha sighs. "Hi, Lilia."
"What are you doing here Agatha, finding someone to kill?"
Agatha Laughs. "Oh, dear god no! I was looking for a coven for the witches road you know."
Lilia was shocked to hear Agatha say The Witches Road. "you know that the road isn't real right?"
"Lilia.." As Agatha says Lilia's name she holds Lilia's hands.
Lilia couldn't move even one bit, cause she hasn't touched Agatha's hand for centuries. "Agatha, come with me for a moment."
"Uhm okay?" As Agatha follows Lilia, Agatha watches Lilia's hair flow, she missed her so much, but she couldn't show any weaknesses "Sit down." Agatha sat.
"So what are we doing here in your kitchen?"
Lilia sighs. "Agatha, do not go to the witches road, it's not real."
Agatha laughs, "Lilia! why don't you believe the witches' road is real, I've been there before, for centuries!"
Agatha's eyes narrowed as she asked "Why do you sound like you care?"
Lilia was trying not to say anything,
"Are you not going to answer my question?"
Lilia was thinking that Agatha had finally moved on, and Agatha doesn't care about her anymore and Agatha was thinking that Lilia didn't like her anymore and she moved on.
"Agatha I have something to say that I haven't said to you while you were gone"
Lilia and Agatha looked at each other in the eye, making eye contact, Lilia was looking at Agatha's lips to eyes and Agatha noticed it “Lilia…?”
Lilia cleared her throat, a sudden seriousness settling over her features. The warmth in her eyes, the lingering gaze at Agatha's lips, vanished as if it had never been.
she stated flatly, her voice regaining its professional, almost clinical tone.
"It's a dangerous myth, Agatha. Many witches have disappeared chasing that phantom path. I need you to understand that it's not a real place, and pursuing it will only lead to harm."
Agatha, still reeling from the intensity of Lilia's previous gaze, felt a pang of confusion. The shift was jarring, leaving her unsure of what she had just witnessed.
"But... I've been there," she stammered, the certainty in her voice wavering slightly. Agatha, still reeling from the sudden coldness, challenged Lilia.
"What was that, Lilia? That look... that warmth... and then it's gone? Are you afraid of something? Or of me?"
Lilia hesitated, the conflict between her feelings and her concern for Agatha's safety evident in her strained silence. Lilia avoided Agatha's gaze, her fingers tracing patterns on the worn wooden table.
"The Witches Road is a dangerous folly, Agatha. I would never join your coven, even if it meant regaining my full power."
Her voice was firm, a carefully constructed wall against the vulnerability she'd briefly shown.
Agatha, however, was unfazed. A mischievous glint sparkled in her eyes as she leaned closer, her voice a low whisper. "Oh, but Lilia, my dear,"
she purred, "If you want your powers back... then you will join my coven. It's a simple exchange. Your loyalty for your magic. Refuse, and your power remains lost. The choice is yours”
Lilia scoffed, shaking her head as she turned her back to Agatha. She took a few steps away, arms crossed, before stopping suddenly. The air between them was thick with unspoken words, unresolved history. The flickering candlelight cast shadows across the small kitchen, making everything feel more intimate, more dangerous.
"You always were good at making deals, Agatha," Lilia murmured, her voice laced with something unreadable.
"But I know better than to trust you."
Agatha smirked, rising from her chair with slow, deliberate movements.
"Oh, Lilia..." she drawled, closing the distance between them, if you truly didn’t trust me, you wouldn’t have let me in.”
Lilia sighs, before she yells.
“I didn't let you in, you just came in just to find someone for your coven, not me!” Lilia gasps, Agatha is shocked, surprised.
“I mean… I… that's not what I meant..”
Agatha goes closer to Lilia and holds her hands
“I know…” Agatha strokes Lilia's cheeks
As Lilia gasps she says, “know what? what do you mean?”
Agatha’s thumb brushed against Lilia’s cheek, her gaze locking onto hers, searching.
"I know why you don’t want me to go to the Witches Road. I know why you’re so determined to pretend like you don’t care."
Lilia swallowed hard, her resolve wavering. "You don’t know anything."
"Oh, but I do," Agatha murmured, tilting her head. "You never stopped thinking about me, did you? Even after all these centuries. Even after everything."
Lilia tried to pull away, but Agatha held her firmly, not forcefully, but enough to make her stay. "I had to move on, Agatha. You left. You disappeared. I—"
Agatha leaned in, her breath warm against Lilia’s lips. "I never stopped thinking about you either."
Lilia inhaled sharply, the space between them vanishing. "Agatha, if you leave again…"
"I won’t," Agatha promised, her voice barely a whisper.
And then, with the flickering candlelight casting long shadows around them, Agatha closed the distance, pressing her lips softly against Lilia’s. It wasn’t just a kiss—it was centuries of longing, of missed opportunities, of old wounds and unspoken truths all colliding at once.
Lilia melted for only a second before pulling back, her fingers trembling as they rested against Agatha’s chest.
"This doesn’t change anything," she whispered, though the emotion in her voice betrayed her.
Agatha smiled, tucking a strand of hair behind Lilia’s ear.
"Then let me change everything. Come with me, Lilia. If the Witches Road isn’t real, what do you have to lose?"
Lilia hesitated, her heart at war with her mind. But deep down, she knew—Agatha had always been the one thing she could never resist.
“Fine. Okay, I’ll come with you.”
Agatha smiles softly. “I love you… Lilia.”
Lilia was shocked by what Agatha said, She never heard those words for centuries, She misses that. Three words. Eight letters.
Lilia kissed Agatha softly as Agatha’s arms were surrounded by Lilia.
Lilia pulls back from the kiss. “You should go, here is the list of those who will join your coven.”
“You're welcome. Now go.”
As Agatha opens the door, She looks back at Lilia then smiles at her, but then she stops to look at Lilia’s eyes, she still has those beautiful dark brown eyes.
Agatha snaps “Oh! yeah! yeah, I'm fine, Thank you again”
Agatha walks out, leaving Lilia surprised, happy, and sad at the same time.
