Skye/Daisy Johnson

Daisy in my opinion had some of the biggest growth in the Agents of Shield tv show. From Skye the hacker who needs no one and cares for no one. To Daisy who gets thrown in the deep end of inhuman powers and family trauma- only to learn she never needed her biological family because she already had one. To Quake, a heartbroken girl who put distance between herself and everything that could help her in a form of punishment while also physically punishing herself from her powers. Even as Quake she couldn’t just let things happen in the world so she became a sort of dark vigilante, wanting to help but doing it in all the wrong ways. Lastly she becomes The Destroyer of Worlds, at first we see her reject this without questions saying that’s not her and she’d never do that. However much like Agent May with The Calvary she comes to accept it and even use it herself at times.

Overall Daisy Johnson goes through so much, most of which we could never even imagine and some of which everyone experiences in life. Yet even under the pressure of her trauma and past, she never loses who she truly is. She never stops being kind, or fighting for the little guy. She never stops protecting those she loves. She never stops learning or letting true self out even if sometimes it’s darker than most.
