This isn’t in order of quality or best plot or whatever. Purely rewatchability. Like if I’m going to watch AOS right now, what am I watching first?
4x15 Self Control
need. I say more? Highly regarded as my favorite episode of tv EVER. I won’t get into it because if I do I WILL rant for three hours. Just…. AHHHH I LOVE IAN AMD ELIZABETH SO MUCH A CHLOE AS WELL AND MING NA WEN OMGGGG AND CLARK GREG TOOOOO acting in this was superior but especially LMD Fitz vs Jemma like ‘Well It’s one of us Fitz!’ *sniff* ‘It’s one of us’ and ‘I’m me! At least I hope…’ AGHHHH
2. 7x9 As I Have Always Been
I LOVE time-loop episodes, and this one is SO GOOD. ‘I DIED? AGAIN?’ Like hi my love. ‘Phlobotenum!’ Poor LMD Coulson and his existential crisis. When they have one loop left and they know what they have to do and Daisy is just devastated and Enoch just RIPS HIS HEART OUT. And his monologue about how dying will always be a lonesome journey because his friends cannot come with him. UGHHHH (Also bonus, we get a Dousa kiss 🥰) And Sousa is adorable in this episode. 3. 3x9 Closure
AHHHHH THAT OPENING SCENE OMG THE BRUTALITY. The insane death scene of Rosalind. I remember thinking that this must be Coulson’s dream because of how SHOCKING it was! Like I’m a Philina shipper don’t get me wrong, I don’t like Rosalind but STILL. WARD IS A MONSTER AND MUST D I E. Also Fitzsimmons in this episode is so tragic 😭 I just love the finale feeling. Like Fitz would literally sacrifice the earth for his love. EVEN THO HE KNOWS SHES IN LOVE WITH THE MAN HES GONNA BE BRINGING BACK. I love me some Fitzsimmons feels.
4. 7x13 What We’re Fighting For
literally need I say more than ‘Oh? And what comes next?’ ‘The Cavalry.’ AHHHHH I kicked my feet and screamed like a baby when that happened. And ‘This is what we were fighting for.’ ‘Family’ AHHHHHHHH I love this finale, it was so so perfect!!!!! Genuinely thought Daisy was dead tho, almost started crying. And leaving Deke behind and he immediately becomes Directer of Shield. Very in character lol
5. 5x5 Rewind
Fitz-centric episode. Hunter is back. Prison break. Hunter pretending to be a lawyer. Fitz and Hunter arguing about Soccer britishly and then hugging. My boys. My British boys are back together. *Sheds a tear* (I know Fitz is Scottish, leave me alone, u know what I mean)

I am shedding. Tears. Just THINKING about this scene. You know why I like it, let’s move on before I start sobbing. 7. 1x17 Turn, Turn, Turn
omg this episode is the one that got everyone hooked on this amazing show. Like hi? Winter Soldier but not what happened to the big heroes, what happened to the little ones? THE WARD REVEAL AT THE END. I didn’t believe it for like two solid episodes. I WAS Fitz. Legit thought he was brainwashed. I felt SO betrayed. Like HOWWWWWW.
8. 3x8 Many Heads, One Tail
Here only for Fitzsimmons first kiss ‘We’re cursed.’ And Hunter pretending to be a hacker and not knowing what a backslash is 😭 ‘G-d. Save. The. Queen.’ ‘I let him choose the password’

9. 6x10 Leap
As you can see from my 4x15 obsession, and as previously stated on my blog, I’m OBSSESED with ‘who can you trust’ tropes. And this one is SO GOOD. I love the secrets as well, they played that so good. 10. 7x7 The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D
First of all, I really love how Mack thought Deke was goofing off when he really just cared about Mack and was trying to make him happy and he was actually being responsible. Second of all, Mack gets to destroy a bunch of evil scary robots in the eighties. He is the robot movie now. Also Mack and YoYo reunion is yum.
