hmm I love cooking anything that requires dumping things into a pot/pan haha, curry is a big fav! I once made mantou and then baoxi and it was SO GOOD, I wanna make more dumplings! its very simple but I love making a good pasta with a lot of different things added in! 

for baking I love anything I can make from scratch! its so gratifying to take a bunch of ingredients and make a delicious thing!
