Agile Communication.
I have a top of the food chain C-Suite client who absolutely prefers texting over email. It took me a minute to figure out this was his happy engagement medium, but once I did, I took advantage of communicating via text in targeted soundbites ― everyday we make big and small decisions via SMS. And, we meet deadlines. Like never before.
if agile communication via SMS gets me what I need from important stakeholders, then I'm in!
