Mujeres en el Metro
From Vivi: Chicago is so rich in art and culture that I don’t think we can ever run out of fun places to feature. I’ve seen these statue legs all my life, and I’m just now finding out that they are called the Agora Statues in Grant Park.
Because we are right at the start of downtown, I wanted to serve a modern look. The top is an off the shoulder perfume bottle print top, which I absolutely love because I’m obsessed with perfume and black studded jeans, both from H&M. For accessories, I’m rocking heart earrings from H&M, a small purse from Crossroads Trading Co. and pink velvet heels from Plato’s Closet. She is ready to paint the town pink, and do some damage to her credit cards.
From Karen: I absolutely love this shot. I love the way the sunlight is hitting us so lightly, and how we are immersed in this art piece. One of our goals is to highlight the beauty in Chicago, and these statutes are often overlooked by tourists and citizens. I’m glad we were able to make it a bit more glamorous! I’m wearing a Poorly Curated original shirt dress that I manipulated to be a bit more form fitting and my favorite TUK creepers, to keep it a little young. I want to be that business woman that’s commuting to work downtown, so she’s got her heels in her bag ;)
