if there was ever at any point a script for ix that had irredeemable kylo and it was actually something lf deemed workable, i am going to lose the last gram of trust i ever put into this corporation. bc to me an irredeemable sympathetic villain is so anathema to sw that an "the last skywalker dies evil" ending should've been shot down at the story pitch stage, not something that somehow got far enough to be in a completed or even drafted script. like no. what was lf even thinking
The fact that bendemption was the absolute bare minimum they had to do in order to not completely destroy SW and now I have to wonder if in a different world they might have failed even that is a terrible way to start 2020.
