[ On a cold, dark night like this one - typically you wouldn't expect anyone to be around. That is probably one of the reasons Aiden decided to go out and practice his powers.
While going past the parking lot of a convenience store, fortunately long closed and vacant for the night. Two figures were standing under the streetlight. . . or well, one of them was.
One was a young man, maybe early 20s, beaten and bloody on the ground. He was begging for help in a whisper as a shoe was being pressed with a progressivly stronger pressure onto his chest. The other person standing ontop the poor man was one Aiden would undoubtedly recognize - with messy black hair with a single blonde lock and a brown jacket.
They showed zero signs of stopping whatever they were doing, pressing their shoe deeper into the man's ribcage. They pressed harder and harder and harder till - ]

(Aiden had gotten out for a walk outside to practice with his powers, yes… but also because he couldnt sleep. He had been turning on his bed, the events of the other day replaying inside his mind over and over. Confronting Rory, so full of anger… their insistence on denying their past… them finally telling him… He’d thought he would feel relieved after finding out but… in reality he felt awful. And distanced from Rory. He’d tried to talk to them, but they had been avoiding him for days. It was driving him crazy.
So to avoid thinking about it, he practiced. As he walked past the store’s parking lot, he saw a glance of the scene and his eyes widened. The sight of the bloody young man immediately sent his head spinning in dizzying panic to the point he needs to look away. So he does. And focuses on the other person- and his face pales in horror as he recognizes his friend)
