EVERYTHING IS HEAVY . it's the only fucking way vi can explain it. everything is so heavy. she was just running on fumes when steb found her and she almost asked why caitlyn isn't with him. WHY IS HE ALONE ? she had to look at this green features. the cuts. the bruises. the far away look in his eyes. HE ANSWERED THE QUESTION BEFORE VI COULD ASK . this sad little 'kiramman is seriously injured.' and it's the way everything feels heavy again. EVERYTHING IS SO VERY HEAVY .

it felt like hours before they got back to the manor , vi's heart pounding in her chest. SO HEAVY . twitching like it's in pain. he turns to leave and she slams a shoulder against the wall. HE TURNS BACK TO HELP AGAIN. she closes her eyes and nods. moves forward. vi can't explain the way she doesn't have any thoughts. she thinks of jinx and her heart twitches in agony. THE WAY JINX FELL REPEATING LIKE A MOVIE IN HER HEAD . so she doesn't really think and it just goes back to everything feeling so damn heavy.

knees his the floor of the bedroom next to cait's bed. her hand drifts upward so fingers can drift over cait's lips. JUST TO HEAL THE SINKING FEELING IN HER STOMACH . cait's breathing. what would she even do if she had lost the only remaining person in her life? forehead rests on the side of the bed. she's going to cry again , isn't she?

            Instinct told her to  run or fight,    and she was tired.     Bruised from the fight a few blocks away,   the clone had run into a blockade of chainlink fence,   and once she turned she was faced with a stranger.     Claws were wielded,   and eyes dart around to look at other escape routes,    coming to the conclusion that a few boxes could be jumped on to heave herself over the fence.     There’s a frustrated shout,    a warning  to the stranger.

    “Oooh, so you’re the girl Worstie Daken wants me to replace, eh? You’re something lovely, darling, I can certainly work with this. Hang on, give me a second to change~”

  It takes NOTHING for the princess to take the agent’s form. It’s as easy as breathing, and downloading her new script is even easier.

    “Caitlin, is it? Can I call you Caity? Or- Heh, can I call myself Caity, more accurately. Caity, how do you want to die?”

    mouth was full, manners obviously not as proper as that of the kiramman, head shaking in response to the query. " nope! already on it. " even though the brawler had a height advantage she still had an appearance similar to that of a chipmunk with food in their mouth. " did you want some? ”

              “     So  you’re  the ones the kids won’t shut up about.     ”     Cigarette is lit and balanced between lips as gaze looks over at the agent.     Was he really Logan if he didn’t talk with a cigarette in his mouth ?      “    Kirraman ?    ”

        neatly manicured nails through silk raven locks,  comforting pressure of caitlyn’s body against her own.  the gentle warmth of contact seeps into her skin and blossoms like a warm embrace inside her chest.  aromatic tea leaves bleed their fragrance into the air.  the flicker of candlelight casts their shadow to the wall,  not two separate forms,  but one,  melded together,  melting into one another.  indra smiles at the image as it dances in tandem with the flames.  she thinks it an appropriate metaphor for how they’ve found connection.  it doesn’t end at touch,  but penetrates into her spirit.  caitlyn has entered her heart and has been pumped through her blood like the sweetest drug.

        her eyes follow rose petal lips as they close around the rim of a porcelain glass.  like a reflex,  the urge swells in her to lay claim to caitlyn’s mouth with hers,  but instead she settles with a kiss to a pale hairline to satisfy the itch.  she rests her cheek there,  unwilling now to return that separation.  like glue,  indra stuck to her,  and she has no desire to retreat.  her eyes close momentarily as she basks in the spoils of a quiet moment together.  

        “ i should like to show you my home someday. ”  indra’s voice thrums softly.  “ it was a life much simpler than the city.  i expect you would think it quaint,  but cozy.  i’ve not been back since the day i left all those years ago. ”

        ❛     no i notice         ...      but getting on your nerves is just more enjoyable.   ❜    tone raspy &. spoken through a cough. healing factor could only work SO FAST once one’s lost as much blood as she has ( &. had to sit through nearly an entire leg growing BACK. ) crown shakes &. gaze shifts skywards   ;   lids thinning to slits as the sun hits her face &. sensation of HEAT nearly sends her into temporary overload.         ❛     -----------         its        ...      bright. sorry   ...   brain knitting itself back together       .....      ❜
