Next is Sky-Nani's turn. Are you ready? I watched P'Tay doing it, he used his whole body. He didn't only move his head, but he also moved his hip.

Fujiwara lettuce: a familiar face printed on japanese lettuce
Famous actor Tatsuya Fujiwara, best known for his roles in Battle Royale and Death Note, received an unusual job request from a food giant Ajinomoto: "Could you lend us your face?"
To fight a food waste crisis where over 60% of people throw away their lettuce in the summer, Ajinomoto started a campaign to print Fujiwara's face on lettuce, as if begging you to buy him.
The lettuce comes with a QR code that leads to lettuce recipes starring Ajinomoto's Cook Do oyster sauce Fujiwara is also a spokesperson of. I've linked below the lettuce recipes that come with the Fujiwara lettuce!
Playing into the japanese meme of Fujiwara's beloved expressive face, the campaign quickly gained viral attention: Ajinomoto's twitter post announcing the campaign quickly gained over 6 million views, further springing Fujiwara memes like mushrooms after a rain.
Sign: “Lettuce that’s looking at you like it wants you to buy it”
The limited 10,000 heads of Fujiwara lettuce, officially called Cook Do Oyster Sauce Tatsuya Fujiwara Kattekuretasu (a pun with katte kure/”buy this” and retasu, the Japanese pronunciation of “lettuce” *) hit various Tokyo and Kansai area supermarket branches on July 21, 2026 and ending when the supply runs out.

Shōwa Nostalgia in Blue and Brown・青と茶の色に宿る、昭和の記憶
Amid the quiet grounds of a countryside florist in Hokuto, Yamanashi, I found two relics of everyday life from pre-war and postwar Japan: a faded blue wooden popsicle box marked “Safe and Delicious Popsicles” (衛生・美味・アイスキャンディー) and a burlap S-San Fertilizer sack produced by Ajinomoto Co., Ltd. (味の素株式会社). These simple relics still whisper stories of the Shōwa era’s resilience and charm.
