nope! it was instead a banner, much like the fallen heroes banner, called the ‘happily never after’ banner. the units featured are 

post fe7 eliwood, from an elibe where roy never came home. he wields durandal, and following @flammadepherae‘s headcanon, is slowly losing his mind because of it.

post fe12 michalis, where the whitewings and his sisters are all dead, and michalis is left with nothing but regret and loneliness. 

post fe10 mist, with only ragnell to remember her brother by.

master knight lachesis, summoned from the desert, knowing if she goes home she’ll die.

also included as a tempest trial unit!

future past lissa, desperately trying to keep ylisse running as the world falls into chaos. rejected by the council because of the lack of a brand, and fighting them at every turn ( and in my canon, guiding the 12 year old exalt seraphina ).

now that it’s summer, Heather can’t help but notice the obvious changes taking place in Askr...  including several of the other heroes donning bathing suits, and -- more notably to her -- showing more skin.

naturally, Heather only has her eyes on a few beautiful ladies, and after a little information gathering she found the perfect way to approach the buxom young woman with the weird watermelon weapon.

Claws Round 3: Tiki vs Naesala

@akanxia vs. @kingkilvas Coin Toss:Tiki strikes first

“Both of our competitors have chosen to fly into the arena today, and... well, this looks just as one might expect a fight between a dragon and a raven to look. Decisively one-sided.”

“We’ve seen Naesala fight not once, but twice. You still choose to say that? I hope he doesn’t somehow decide to ruin your dress in revenge for that comment.”

TIKI: 13 strike v. 11 defense

Before Naesala can bolt into the air, Tiki swipes at him and gets a hit in. He stays in his bird form, though looks a bit shaken by the effective slap to the face he has just received from a large manakete.

NAESALA: 12 strike v. 11 defense (Anemone)

TIKI: 18 strike v. 6 defense

Tiki takes to air after Naesala makes a swooping strke against her. They both glide and dive around one another, making for a stunning aerial battle that the audience is excited to watch. Tiki makes a turning move and as Naesala tries to make a strike against her, Tiki instead smacks him with her tail.

NAESALA: 13 strike v. 4 defense

As he’s hit with a long manakete tail, Naesala grabs ahold with his talons, and he makes a dive for the ground, pulling Tiki down to hit the ground again. This breaks Tiki’s concentration and she reverts back to her human form.

“Oh my! Lady Tiki has changed back! This could put her at a disadvantage for the rest of the fight--”

“This isn’t looking good for her, but we have had other miracles occur today. That, and she is Naga’s voice: she still can pull through.”

TIKI: 5 strike v 3 strike

Despite being in a smaller body now, Tiki gives no ground. She grapples the raven by grabbing his tail feathers and pulling him to the ground swiftly.

NAESALA: 12 strike v. 8 defense

TIKI: 5 strike v. 11 defense

NAESALA: 4 strike v. 3 defense

TIKI: 19 strike v. 14 defense

Naesala lands, moving to pin Tiki to the ground. But she grabs onto both his legs, tackling the large bird to the ground. He lets out a rough ‘CAW’ and reverts back into his human form, huffing and pushing her off again.

NAESALA: 3 strike v. 7 defense

TIE BREAKER: As both fighters move in for one last strike, the audience watches with baited breath. Its all tied up, and both of them swing a last punch, trying to land a hit. Tiki’s fist glances past Naesala’s shoulder, but the raven king’s hit connects, and even HE is taken aback as the bell rings and he is declared a winner. Clearly, not even he expected that.

“My goodness, what a fight! They both only ever missed one hit each, Chrom, that’s incredible!”

“Tiki thought well in her human form; her lengthy life experience really shone through. Still, Naesala  reaches the final to face Dwyer!”

NAESALA VICTORY!!!

“c’mon, apples, we gotta get out of here!” the child urged, following the foal even deeper into the woods. “what’s in here that has you so- oh.”

the foal had led seraphina into a clearing, where a small cottage stood- one with a man on it’s roof. she knew that she shouldn’t talk to strangers, much less ones that lived in super secret cabins in the woods, but she would have little choice, seeing as how apples had already started to approach the cabin. 

“apples!” she whined, running after it. “come back here!”

Rumors spread around of the fate of the only princess of Plegia and how she was branded a TRAITOR to her own country and now on the run. At first, it was highly labeled as fake news for the Ylissean royalty. There is no apparent reason for a move like this. Why a princess would betray her country on a dire time like this?

It did not make sense. However, it was shocking when the said princess sought asylum from the Exalt of her enemy country. Uproar raises when the princess uncovered her face and lineage and asked to be shielded from the evil plotted by her own father to silence her.  The princess, Christa disclosed the secret she found of the land that is rightfully owned by Ylisse which caused her all sorts of troubles when she tried to give it back to them.

Emmeryn assures the princess that she is SAFE as long as she is here in their care. Chrom did not comment back because the exalt’s words are absolute. Not to mention, he would have done the same thing. How can he refuse to her help when she came all the way up here, to her enemy and asked to be protected from her own country, from her own father? Impossible. 

The exalt then welcomes here once again in Ylisstol and set the task of protecting her to the Shepherds. “S-Sister?” Chrom splutters as he looks back at Emmeryn. That’s..sudden. “Princess Christa, I will leave you in the care of the loyal servants of Ylisse, the shepherds, lead by my younger brother, Chrom. I would protect you myself but there is no one stronger than Chrom so I am sure you will be safe under his care.” Emmeryn gently smiles at the visitor then glances back at Chrom. “Erm, yes. It will be my..honor.” The prince hastily responds. The burden on his shoulders...Well, he cannot refuse that responsibility now. If Emm finds him capable to handle this situation then he will not let her down.

“Princess, if you may accompany me to the headquarter.” The prince walks past her,  hand gestures to follow him. “Letting you stay in the castle might be what the enemy--what your attack would think we would do so you are going to stay with the rest of the shepherds there. I’m sorry, I know it’s not that much for a princess of your status but to be able to protect you this is the safest choice.”

“Strange...I have to try and rebuild Begnion as well now, too.” Sanaki mumbled over her own cocoa, sipping carefully - gasping a little as she burnt her tongue. Damn. Now Tanith was never going to leave her be, but at least she could live with that as long as she wasn’t forced into yet another layer of clothing.

“It makes you wish they’d be more honest about how much more work it is. I still can’t understand why people kept trying to depose me, I hate this job. But, there’s...responsibilities...” Her attitude trailed off as she looked down into the mug, a smile coming to her face with a gasp. “Oh, marshmallows! I didn’t know you put those in cocoa!”
