Siegfried (caelumsaltator) and Tessa will go back to investigate the clearing after going through the book she found, as well as acting on the information regarding both the villagers and the fact that there is apparently more evidence of the company behind the logo's presence there.
The two of you head to the clearing Siegfried had investigated first.
The sigil lies in place as do the rocks and the sliced pumpkin.
You feel something, but, with your lack of memories, you can’t be entirely too sure of what it was. The only way you can summarize how you feel about it is that it’s not supposed to be like this.
It’s not that something’s missing, you’re certain of that.
The two of you head to the other clearing with a sigil. The pumpkin with mushrooms scrawled on it is still nearby. It looks like it’s been drawn on by arts, now that you inspect it.
Asides from that, this sigil is no different than the last.
The last set of clearings you investigate is the one you’ve found, where you’ve assembled the pieces to show off the logo on your book. There’s more scattered about, but you hadn’t been able to piece them together earlier.
Siegfried peers over your shoulder and adjusts your handle on the book, so it’s easier to compare to the pieces of metal. The two of you realize then that the parts are similar, and begin to piece it all together.
It might not have been the entire device, but it made the outside cover. It’s set up similar to a Geophone or one of Magallan’s drones.
And, there’s enough extra to make more than one.
Never mind the Arts that linger off them is similar to the one you’ve felt on the sigil—only, the “tampered” feeling is far stronger. It might be what allows you to manipulate it far more than the sigil ever will.
