Devo - “Gates of Steel” (Live on Fridays tv show, 1980) Devo is an American rock band from Akron, Ohio formed in 1973. Their classic lineup consisted of two sets of brothers, the Mothersbaughs (Mark [keyboards, vocals] and Bob [lead guitar]) and the Casales (Gerald [bass, vocals] and Bob [rhythm guitar]), along with Alan Myers [drums]. “Gates of Steel” is a song from their third album “Freedom of Choice” released in 1980.
