i was reading this book abt psychopaths&it had interviews with psychopaths (ofc each one is different) and many could "choose" when they felt emotion. e.g, if there was something sad, they could tell themselves "crying wont help anything" and they can stop just like that. but if they choose to feel emotion, they can. like when hannibal was crying at the opera. psychopaths can feel happy or depressed or angry and annoyed and every emotion that non-psychopaths feel. they have the ability to choose
This is very interesting and I've never heard this. It certainly backs up quite a lot of things I've heard/expirienced but at the same time it is still different for everyone and I can't say that Hannibal necessarily has this. But still, a worthy theory
