Irish boi here, A well brined silverside with cabbage, carrots, and tattys are the best.

Can do without the cabbage. idk what my gran did to it, but it would always taste like socks, so I’m not to fond of it anymore.

Everything else is a heck yes with white sauce and a bit of cauliflower is good too.
