Ever since we learned that Henry named the portraits from the ballroom of the Haunted House (which in my opinion is really cute/funny), I’ve been creating headcanons (and yes, I know they aren’t based on anyone in particular from the studio but whatever...headcanons are fun!)
So, here is the supporting studio staff under the cut...
Albert Doherty
53 years old
Hails from Savannah, Georgia
Worked for the studio’s legal department
Probably the second most stressed next to Grant
Likes obnoxiously bright colored ties, bourbon, and gambling
Persuasive, Condescending, Strong-Willed
Killed when he tried to leave the studio when things started to go south
Daisy Sullivan
36 years old
Hails from Chicago, Illinois
Worked in the Administration level
Responsible for taking memos, filing documents, making appointments, and greeting guests
Likes muffins, gossip, and dancing
Orderly, Courteous, Ambitious
Much like Norman, saw things she shouldn’t have seen and had to be eliminated
Porter Buchanan
45 years old
Hails from the Bronx
Worked as a security guard, specifically singing in people who wanted to go in and out of the archives and the vault
A bit too enthusiastic when it came to his job and tended to act more like he was a cop, the job he actually wanted
Likes prime rib, boxing, and building model ships
Overbearing, Argumentative, Suspicious
An accident in which several pipes burst resulted in his abrupt and rather messy death
Gwendolyn Belcher
29 years old
Hails from Manhattan
Worked in the art department as an illustrator and graphic designer, mostly responsible for the posters and advertisements
Truly loved her job and greeted everyone with a smile but always turned a blind eye to the unhappiness around her to keep the magic alive
Likes pastel colors, hot chocolate, and Broadway shows
Devout, Altruistic, Impressionable
Succumbed to the cult within the studio and ended up as a willing sacrifice
