RP: Alex and Kai's wedding. Minho tries to crash it.
This can't be happening! Alex and Kai are getting married and Minho is not happy about it. In fact, he's so not happy about it, he's not even going. He sits sulking outside of the tiny little chapel, because his brother is inside attending a travesty, a MOCKERY, to the establishment. Of what, he didn't really know.
It was dumb from the start. They dated and he wooed her with these little silly presents and then she told him to ask her to marry him. And he did! And she said 'yeah sure why the hell not' like it wasn't her idea. Wait, it wasn't, she's just stupidly good at picking up on social cues.
No, no, Minho stopped his train of thought. This can't happen, she didn't want to marry Kai, she was just doing it because that's what was supposed to happen. Right? Right. So, now to stop it! Just, walk in, tell them it's over, and they break up. Argh, but it's not that easy! Or really his call, he mused, yeah where does he get off making better decisions for people than they make for themselves.
Maybe she wanted someone to stop them? Maybe she thinks he will, they've kissed, even while she was with Kai! So maybe? Is that it? Is she testing him? Is she asking for help? 'Help me out here, Minnie Mouse! I don't want this! I'm trapped! Save me!'
Okay, putting it that way makes her sound like she's not the best fucking capable noona a guy could ever know, but maybe some truth is in that. It's not like she's ever, ever, mentioned anything about a family or wanting to tie the knot or even wanting little babies and oh man cute noona babies. No, okay, think about this wedding thing.
That's it. It needs to not be a thing. Minho stands from his bench and stretches his arms. Like his arms were going to be needed in a physical bout with Kai or to physically wrench a silly noona away at the last minute just before they kiss and she'll kiss him instead. Oh man what if that happens?
No! Focus. It'd be nice though.
He paces a few times before stepping up to the chapel doors, ready to push on them and finally do something, and he leans on his arms and the doors don't budge. Not even a bit. He tries the handle, pulls on it, but it doesn't move either. It's locked? It's locked! Minho sighs frustratedly and leans against the doors, awaiting his doom meeting the newly married couple.
