Exam Stress X2
I can honestly say that today’s history exam (retake) is the single most worst exam paper I have sat in my 18years.
Right so a bit of background information.
So it’s my first time having extra time for my exams because highschool doesn’t think there is anything wrong with you unless you misbehave because logic. Anyway my poor school didn’t want to get me fully tested so I can only guess what’s wrong with atm. I’m guessing a mix of ADHD and dyslexia, but I got the most basic of reading writing test thing so YAY! extra time.
Now we set the scene. So I go to a 6th form which is connected to a Highschool meaning noisy kids and locked doors. So almost being late because we had to go the lon~g way around. Had about five minutes to dump our stuff and find our seats. So that is the first thing that went wrong.
Number 2. Was that they gave us the wrong exam paper for the second time in a row which to be honest was kinda a good thing because we bearly started filling out the front page before they were telling us to start #Professional.
Number 3. We were given some of the best questions we could’ve got yet my brain completely blanked out on any specifics so that was fun my whole intro and first paragraph was a complete mess that I had to cross it out and start again. So let’s say I wasted 10minutes?
Number 4. Coming to the end of the exam for normal time people me being the only one with extra time had to tell the old guy collecting the papers in that I had extra time. They apperantly had nothing written down so a good 5-10 minutes wasted before I could actually finish. I was sure the 20 minutes I had left after their faffing about I could finish this last essay!!
Number 5 I didn’t finish the last essay …. I did most if it I just kinda never really got to the conclusion so I sorta just chucked one on in the last paragraph.
Oh and 6 there was this noisy arse fan that bugged my senses throughout the entire thing.
7. Almost forgot but all 3 of my pens ran out like of all the millions out of millions of possibilities or is it probability... either way karma is bad and its hunting me idk why?
So overall it was a pretty shitty exam experience and I probably failed well I had a D last year and those questions were horrible so maybe I can scrape a C if I’m really lucky but then i couldn’t even finish the last essay so probably not. Hmm better luck tomorrow and Friday because more retakes (gonna be so fun) until my A-level exams next month I can’t wait… seriously you can just feel the joy through the writing. *Cough* sarcasm *cough*
