Digital portrait | Alexandre Malsch, buzz tracker
On January 28th, the second edition of the Melty Future Awards gathered more than a million of Internet users. These Emmy Awards of the digital world were driven by Melty, a media group founded and led by the young Alexandre Malsch.
At 20, he was already developing the algorithm with prompted his success : a software designed to spot the main trends on the web and the best SEO strategies, in order to guide the writing process. Ten years later, Melty is the most popular media group among youngsters, with a strong commitment rate on social networks and hundreds of articles published everyday.
Alexandre Malsch is not the common CEO : loyal to Melty’s motto, “Y for Young”, he only appears in T-shirts and hoods, or on a surfboard, “a passion which rescue [him] from urban life”. He wants to be a cool entrepreneur, developing anglo-saxon workframes in France : open-spaces, flexible hierarchy, hiring of young graduates, and indeed digital collaboration.
