It came from my own experience. I was overwhelmed, mentally drained, and stuck in self-sabotage. I built a simple 7-day routine to regain clarity — and it worked. I turned that process into a book to help others do the same.

One published (Mind Reset), and the second in the trilogy (Shift Your Energy – 7 Days to Recharge Your Inner Power) is currently in development.

5. What made you want to become a writer?
I was desperate for change — and the only way I could make sense of my thoughts was to write them. That turned into a structure, which became a system, which became a book.
6. Can you explain your book for people who haven’t read it yet?
It’s a 7-day mental reboot that gives you one mindset shift per day, with journaling prompts, small habits, and reflections. It helps you quiet your mind, rebuild confidence, and reset your thinking in under a week.
7. Do you have any hobbies besides writing?
Yes — I love hiking, mindfulness journaling, and creating digital visuals (quotes, promos, Pinterest pins). Anything that helps me recharge and focus.
8. What is your favorite part of your book?
Day 3: Confidence is built, not found. That chapter is personal to me because it reflects how I rebuilt self-trust one small promise at a time.
9. What format do you prefer — paperback, ebook, hardcover?
Paperback — there’s something powerful about holding a physical book and highlighting key lines. That said, I designed Mind Reset to be digestible in any format.
