The devil's who technically are the ones who own hell in a sense. They control everything coming in and out of hell and have some of the strongest magic in the system.
The Moth's. They are rulers of the dreaming. They have a placement in 'hell' and in heaven. It's less likely to see Lord Grimm up there though.
The Wyrm's are the bearers of the void. None know which sibling bears the god of gods, but it is rumored to be the eldest?
The Wyrm's keep the gate of the void closed. Smothering the voices of the Celestial's beyond. (The power of the void is sought after since it's stronger than most celestial bodies.)
Then there is the Deaths.
As the name entails these are the watchers of the cycle of life. Often seen among their own flock of worshipers who help them keep an eye on the in-between.
They often bring the end of the cycle, but they also encourage the beginning of the next.
These are still heavily WIP but...
I'll let you guys have a sneak peak at a little bit of the design pages.
I need to clean up some things and add on to them, but this is the start of them at the very least.
I'm still heavily in the sketch phases for everything and won't be finalizing them for a while. So Please be patient ^^
Thought I'd share Ortensia and her little brothers designs since I can now freely draw heehhehe
Demon babies uwu
Ortensia and Homer run an underground society that dislikes the devils rules and have a whole secret library for books that have been banned or forbidden from the public, since it ties in heavily to their history and their father was a huge part of the 'school' before his death.
They use terms like School and Studies as a way to secretly commune with others since schools in Hell are one of the few places Prince Bendy refuses to allow strict security.
Mainly due to the Fledgling contract he and the Crimson moth signed with agreement from each Wrym and Moth.
It's rare to get all the colonies to agree to something.
Which allows them to continue their practices in secret.
(Bendy may know about it, but he doesn't do anything to stop them since he believes there should be fail-safes in case the crown is not one to be trusted in any of the colonies of hell.)
A small and flourishing Thought that seemed to burn with devotion and love.
Crafted finely by the hands of Terra and given life through the light her children brought.
Yet as this Thought grew so too did it think.
A terrible thing that stretched it to its brink.
The Thought began to notice the fade. The End of one life shifted to a new age.
And as Thought Thunk. They turned to their kin, to maybe understand why they were fearing the end.
Sun said 'Nonsense' Even if the sun does fade, our light will always find its way.'
and Moon agreed, he said much the same. 'All life grows and changes into shape, to deny its change is to deny our fate. we should never fear such things.'
Terra said, 'There is naught to fear, for all of us will fade my dear, but after the end we'll be brought back here.'
But Thought began to overthink. Stirring and fearing the end of things.
So they turned to the last of their kin yet to speak and found Eclipse was still asleep.
So waking him from his tiresome slumber, Thought begged Eclipse for their comfort.
Eclipse cooed softly and eased thoughts mind. 'It is not to be afraid of, Dear Thought of mine, for every light burns out and is re-enflamed. We just need the energy to start again.'
He claimed, rubbing Thought's back to ease the strain. 'So do not fret and do not cry, for we all are still here, just not visible to your eyes.'
Thought realized what Eclipse had said and found it helpful to his dread.
So off Thought went going high and low to search for something to change the time flow, and once he reached the center of time. He found where energy came from, inside.
A powerful wisp of life as an essence, it poured into everything, even Thought's presence.
So Thought reached out and tried to take hold, but could not grasp the source from its fold.
Realizing that the force could only be consumed from their side, He turned to the gods to see their shine.
Each had a different amount it would seem. But the Sun and Moon shared theirs with Terra's being.
Forever dancing they kept their shine, sharing energy to not burn out their lives.
Eclipse was tied to their dance as well, but his energy seeped out back into the cycle.
So Thought took a stone from off Eclipse's mane and began to tie it together with Terra's grain.
Taking the newly forged Spear, Thought attempted to stab Moon but stabbed Sun in the ear.
The world had shaken and Thought had claimed, part of Sun's Essence with his hands.
Taking his leave, he ran away, leaving Eclipse with the spear to take.
Eclipse was awakened by Terra's cries and he took the fall for Thought's design.
A small and heavenly place,
where only birds could fly and race.
Following fates design,
with Hope as the artist drawing the lines.
Yet one little hope broke from their line
and slipped into the hall of crimes.
Where a small being sat covering his eyes,
Crying tears that were not made with fate in mind.
'Why do you cry?'
Said little hope,
flying down to land on the cage's rope.
'Why would I not?
I have been caged, "
for a crime I can't quite place.
The others whisper and mock me dear,
I want to rest,
but I can't in here."
This little Hope looked around,
seeing a plaque etched in the ground.
'Here lies a traitor,
who dare did harm,
our kin the sun,
so be alarmed,
do not fall for the monster's tears,
He will lie to you I fear.'
'Did you not harm our brother Sun?
How could you not remember them?'
Hope asked politely and patiently sat,
listening to the words of the cat.
'I did not harm him! I was asleep.
I fear the guilty are still on their feet.
I cannot prove it was not me,
for it was a stone taken from me,
used and bound with Terra's grain.
They stabbed my brother and
left me the remains,
So now I sit and cannot sleep,
Facing a crime that wasn't me.'
They spoke so softly and honest and true,
That little hope didn't know what to do.
They trusted them,
but they could have lied,
So little hope took their time,
before they flew inside the cage.
To get a look at their face.
'If you are honest,
I know a trick,
Give me your eyes,
for just a sec.'
The cat looked up and Hope looked down,
Seeing into their heart with a frown,
No crime he'd done and hope was sure,
He rested his wings, landing on their door.
No crime you've done,
Of that I'm sure,
But I'm too small to open this door,
Let me get Destra,
She'll understand,
After all she as well has been banned.'
So Hope flew home and got their mother,
A large bird with glowing white feathers,
She came and saw and released Eclipse,
Gently cradling him in her claw's digits.
'Come now dear,
We'll let you rest,
Little hope, watch over our guest,
you are safe,
do not fret,
We will let you go to bed.'
Destra promised
Eclipse felt relief and gently took hold,
of little Hope and cradled him as Destra rode,
flying them back to her cove.
Thus Eclipse made a newfound friend.
But there is more that seems to have happened,
Sadly dear reader the book's pages are gone,
but maybe we'll see, Where everything had gone.
Until then though, please do stay strong,
For things will be clearer as we move on.
