We forget how many people truly love us... authentically... for who we are. They know us. They know our hearts. They’ve been there for the good AND the bad. We forget about them when that one naysayer is barking in the distance, trying to raise our hackles. They’re nothing really... just a shrill howl in the wild, but we know their moans are directed at us. And it bugs us because we know their whining has no merit. We forget that we have souls who have our backs, ready to pounce if we give the word. But we don’t do that because we handle our own drama...
