Never ask anyone whether your deed was accepted or not. No one knows the answer to this except Allah ﷻ. The most you can ask scholars and the people of knowledge is whether your deed was done correctly according to the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ or not.
And if you had neglected certain matters out of ignorance, then ask Allah ﷻ to forgive your shortcomings and accept from you. This is a Dua Allah ﷻ taught us to make: رَبَّنا لا تُؤاخِذنا إِن نَسينا أَو أَخطَأنا “Our Lord, do not hold us to account if we have forgotten or made a mistake”
And Allah ﷻ has already accept this Dua for this Ummah when He ﷻ said:
قد فعلت
Indeed I have done.
