The first time I do something good digitally
I ordered the Classical Puppets fleeting time blouse in mint a while back and I recently saw CP's Alice in candyland petticoat and i think they would look amazing together, i'm just worried that it will look ita because it's a petticoat. It says that it can be worn alone but i'm still nervous because petticoats are underwear for me so it seems like i'd be wearing my bra outside my shirt, you know? And I don't want to get something so pretty that will be under my skirt all the time.
That particular piece is pretty unique in that it is actually meant to be worn as either a skirt or a petticoat. You shouldn't feel like you're wearing your underwear on the outside because unlike other petticoats the designers intended for you to wear it as a skirt. If you go to their Taobao shop they actually have it listed on both the skirt page and the petticoat page for this reason. Also you'll be wearing bloomers under it so think of those more like your underwear. If you really feel weird about it though you could wear an underskirt under it for an extra layer.
So, a while ago I bought Classical Puppets' Alice Candy JSK in green. It's absolutely beautiful, but I'm completely stumped as to how to coord it. I was thinking of getting some maybe slightly shimmery purple tights and gem coloured shoes, but idk if I need a blouse under it or anything. Thoughts?
I would say purple tights and green shoes would work well. I’m not sure what you mean by gem colored. I would say to use mint though. I would definitely say you should have a blouse or bolero, and I think this is one of the cases where you could use a cutsew under a JSK as long as you were using the one that was made specifically for that set. The Alice Candy cutsew is adorable and it looks like this if you put it under the JSK.
You could use a lot of different styles of blouses though. Something Sweet in lavender or mint or white. There are really a lot of options. Then you could do a cute chiffon lavender or mint bow or otherwise fluffy hair accessory. There are some really cute ones on etsy and storenvy.
