This clip was originally the introduction to “Alien Days”, a personal project I’ve previously discussed on Twitter and revised several times since 2014. Well, it could still be the introduction, but since I currently lack the ambition to complete the project, I figured it was time to at least express my latest theme from it: self vs. world... and the alienating fear that comes along with it. Of course, I star myself because I’m currently in that situation as I approach 23. What makes me feel like I’m against the world? Outside expectations from my family, friends, girlfriend... especially my YouTube followers, who expect more videos even though it’s a hobby for me. Unfortunately, these pressures have jailed my passion, ambition, creativity, and absolute freedom. Obviously, this is not an external problem but an internal one that I’ve yet to overcome. It’s why I haven’t completed this project yet. How can I realize its vision if I don’t know its conclusion? Answers all due in time, I hope.
