A hard pill to swallow
Some of us can be toxic at times, whether intentionally or not we’re not perfect beings and we never will be. try apologizing to the people/person you may have been toxic to. its not a sign of weakness, or that you’re a bad person, its a sign that you can own up to your own wrong doings and can take responsibilty and it may help the person who has been hurt too and honestly you too.
It may suck and they may not accept your apology but at least you tried and can only become better than who you were yesterday.
FUCK eating disorders.
If you didn't smile today I hope you smile soon.
If someone says they don’t like to be touched, do the following...
Don’t fucking touch them.
Don’t make them feel bad.
I wanna be the girl who does a skin care routine and eats right, a girl who cares about herself and her mental health.
I'm working on it. I will be her someday.
Some times you just have to throw on a Sasha Sloan album and have a good cry. That’s ok. Right?
