Matsuno Ber-Book, Day 14: Jyushimatsu and Homura

Homura was still laughing insanely, wiping her eyes and twitching before she finally spasmed, her smile frozen on her face, and fell downwards. But unlike then when she did, Jyushimatsu was prepared to catch her, and he did so today before squeezing her tightly in his arms, mashing her against his body, and she stepped back, brought back fast to reality as she stumbled back in surprise.

“Jyu...Jyushimatsu-kun?” she whispered, but Ichimatsu heard it well enough. He himself almost wanted to cry too as Jyushimatsu tearfully began laughing over Homura’s shoulder, fingers digging into her back, hugging her with his entire being so much that they were almost one whole. And someday, they might as well be.
