procreate: you can have 70 layers on this drawing
Me: is that a challenge 😏
When you're running a J-fashion Bring & Buy with your local lolita community but feel more like wearing mori kei on the day... mori lolita it is!!!
Morning temperature was 12°C, so I wore nylon tights, a knee sock for my bad left knee, a white lace cardigan and my newly thrifted pastel green jacket and a golden scarf. Was chilly but okay.
When I left the subway station on my way to the event two goth girls approached me and squealed over my outfit and how adorable and cute I was! They were even fellow fat girls. That was so precious!! Made my day from the start! I got an insane number of compliments that day! So much love!! Thank you everyone! That sure does wonders. Someone on insta commented "you look like a lovely flowery breeze of spring". They have a way with words for sure!
I bought the wrist cuffs at the bring & buy because they matched my outfit so well (and are very beautiful!). Also bought a red bonnet by Angelic Pretty and can't wait to style it with my little Red Riding Hood Cape (I've converted an old school Baby the Stars Shine Bright skirt into that cape). Both have lovely red velvet! A match made in lolita heaven! Couldn't resist the cute pins and lovely flower resin charms either. But hey, I have new work and more money to spend! So I'll support my local artists!! As you should.
Commissioned piece of Fina set in 1890s- her nights as the scourge. Timelapse, process, and joke video coming soon :)

Wacom arting about - day 5
Because you’re not learning how to do art if you don’t try and draw fruit at least once :D Experimenting with my oil brushes.
9 miles this afternoon.
I was much warmer today after my shopping yesterday. Luckily all the stores at the outlet had sales going on so I saved some money.
What I got:
Colombia jacket that does well to block any wind so far. Although it wasn’t too windy today.
Colombia undershirt. That worked great and was the suggestion of @littlecondo
Colombia gloves with the special silver lining. My hands actually were too warm.
Nike cold gear long sleeve and pants.
Adidas wind track pants. These helped block the wind and keep the heat in.
New filas hat that can be used 3 different ways.
Ear muffs that sit on the back of the head.
What I wore today:
Today I wore two sets of cold gear tights with the track pants over.
Wool socks with toe warmers on the top of my toes.
Colombia undershirt, Nike cold gear shirt, tech shirt (got taken off 1mile in), and Colombia jacket.
Neck warmer, new hat, and ear muffs. New gloves.
Overall I think the layers worked well. They all wicked the sweat fairly well and I wasn’t freezing when I was done.
