Sure, they're not inside yet - Beej needed to smoke his cigarette down to the bone before he committed to a few hours trapped in Rock N' Bowl, strapped into a pair of roller skates until they dipped.
"It'll be fun. Promise. At least it'll be fun for me seeing you try. Isn't that what it's all about anyway? Laughter and all that?"
He grins. It's not a very compelling argument, but he's the one who drove them here - insisted on it, since Nora drives everywhere - so it's not like she has a choice.
