Things I could be easily convinced to write: Desperato 

No one in Riverdale had expected much from Nicola Blackwell, some would have called her hopeless and a lost cause since her father was one of the previous leaders of the Southside Serpents and her mother walked out on her just after her first birthday. When Jacob was killed in an accident when Nicky was sixteen years old, she was placed into the care of her mothers’ family friends Fred and Mary Andrews. Nicky rebelled and rebelled hard - drugs, alcohol, petty crimes, fighting and more involvement with the Serpents. Eventually getting expelled from both Riverdale High and Southside High. A short stint in Juvie closely followed behind.  

Ten years later, Nicky had successfully straightened herself out. She was a local business owner, a garage with herself and another friend and Southside Serpent, Nate Jenkins, being the only two mechanics there.  It certainly appeared as if Nicky had cleaned up and was slowly trying to become a model citizen, but despite her outwards appearance of cutting ties with the Southside Serpents, Nicky was tightly interwoven with them. Her friends were them, her drinking spot was the Whyte Wyrm. And her semi complex relationship with FP Jones wasn’t doing her much to separate herself from inner workings of the Southside Serpents.

The seemingly perfect image of Riverdale started to unravel after the events of the 4th of July weekend - the disappearance of Riverdale’s golden boy, Jason Blossom to be exact.  The part that Nicky had played in these events were just beginning to unfold. And what else would be revealed, she didn’t know and wouldn’t be able to control. And that’s what scared her the most.
