JFC! This week is something else! I just nearly had a heart attack because I heard about the mall shooting in Allen, so I texted my sister who lives near there to see if she was near it, only for her to tell me that she and her entire family were in the middle of ANOTHER shooting in Frisco with my niece working away from them in another part of the mall! My heart nearly dropped right out of my chest until I finally got confirmation that she was okay after she helped all her guests out.

this morning, i thought about wearing black denim shorts i bought from h&m.

im from the country so my family always had to drive quite a ways to go shopping.

at least an hour & a half.

lucky for us, the closest big city to us was dallas.

so we knew the drive would be worth it- we’d find what we needed that day.

so we’d go, get what we needed, make a day out of it.

shopping. eating. maybe catch a movie if we weren’t too tired.

if we were tired, decided to head straight home- a rare pay-per-view treat would be chosen that night.
