I wonder why they built it so large. i mean the proto portal was super small. Im assuming there were portals in between that didnt work. I mean taking something with a tendency to EXPLODE and making it BIGGER seems like a reeeeeeeaally bad idea

Another thing, Metatron clearly read the supernatural books so that means Cas did, Cas now knows Deans perspective of the story, all the positive things, and defiantly all the negative things. Like all the times Deans felt abandoned and betrayed, but he also has all the good thoughts too but knowing Cas, he'd probably focus more on how he was a burden to the unappreciative Winchesters

I know I realized that too!

Unfortunately I feel like they're not gonna expand more on this...Like I think they did it for the starwars joke and that's it since they didn't make a big deal of it. HOWEVER if Cas starts being acutely aware of the Winchesters' messed up past and references it when he's worried about them I will positively melt from happiness.

There's gotta be someone in the spn fanfic community who wants to hop on that!
