Okay, I may have gotten a little too into this one. Thank you for the ask, anon! Under the cut:

URSULA sighs, turning away from you and starting at the water before her instead.

Your hands are clasped together in a pleading position; she can’t help but like it—more than she should.

“You can’t continue to waste these,” URSULA accuses, but she’s already digging through her satchel for the premade potion. “Make this trip quick, we’re to be back at the castle in an hour.”

She watches you down the liquid in a single go, watches you dive into the water with a splash.

She’ll have to brew another batch.

7/20, but “occasionally” humors you.

F looks at the dancefloor ahead of them with a nervous expression.

You still hold your hand towards them, eyes blown wide in a trick they know all too well.

“I don’t—” You cut them off.

“It’ll only be one dance,” You clarify, “Please, Flounder?”

The use of their nickname has them buckling; they take your hand.

The royal takes you through town with a smile on their face, unbothered by the constant pulling and tugging to anything that catches your eye—they had volunteered to take you around town, after all.

Yet, E can’t help but be charmed. Their father had told them to keep up appearances with the Mer liaison, but they find they hadn’t had to pretend once.

It’s beginning to get dark now(they promised to get you back by sunset), but the way you look at them in such a pleasing fashion keeps them well into the morning.

8/10, but will usually give you what you’re asking for without it.

Say MC was excellent at drawing. Like, very detailed, very lifelike drawings. How would the ROs react if they came across MC's sketchbook and noticed that it was open to a drawing of them? Who would go through the rest of the drawings in the book? Would anyone close it and act like they didn't see anything? Would anyone say something about it to MC?

           Olivia/Ollie/Oliver (She/They/Him)            Immediately slams the book shut so fast because they want to respect the MC’s privacy! They’d definitely have the urge to go through it but would somehow resist and you could bet that when they see the MC, they’d hand the book over, admit to seeing one of the pages, and asks if they could maybe see the rest because you’re amazing even though they’d be really self-conscious about it.

           Victoria/Tor/Vick (She/They/Him)            Torn between blushing and looking at the drawing in an artistic view. Would have to force themselves to look no more and would shyly compliment the MC on the drawing. 

           Christine/Chris/Chris (She/They/Him)            Looks through the whole notebook to see if you’ve drawn an image of them in the nude and is most likely to tease and flirt with you about it regardless. Definitely offers to pose in whatever way you want them too, specifically without clothes.

           Fable (She/They/Him)            Really tenses up because they look so vulnerable in this drawing and that’s dangerous. A big no-no. In a relationship, they’d be more lax about it but they definitely wouldn’t bring it up or look through it. Out of anyone, they probably respect other people’s privacy the most.

           Aila  (She)            She’d sketch out her drawing of the MC but wouldn’t look through the book, even though she’d have to restrain herself. But with her own sketch, she’d keep it somewhere where she can always see it and especially where the MC would be able to see it because maybe they’ll share the rest of their drawings or maybe they just might understand how much she cares for them.

           Hayden (They)            Would roll their eyes at how soft and vulnerable they look in the drawings. Might even force you to draw them a picture where they look fierce and strong to regain their wounded sense of pride. And though they don’t admit it, they totally went through the whole book.

URSULA is responsible simply because everything could go wrong if she was not. For spells, everything must be right. To the last detail.

FINN/FIRTH is always forgetting things. To do them. It's not on purpose.

ERIC/ERICA has no small responsibilities as heir apparent. Though they avoid them as much as they can, they always finish things when they must be done.

SEBASTIAN has always been unable to let things rest. To let himself rest. He will always find a way to make his tasks more difficult than they are.

URSULA always plans. She has rarely been caught unaware. Ever since what happened, she has always been ready for whatever outcome her plans may have.

FINN/FIRTH has never planned anything ever. They simply go with the current and hope for the best.

ERIC/ERICA likes to believe that things will come to them; there's no planning necessary. They have never been able to follow a script very well, so planning has never worked for them.

SEBASTIAN plans what he eats for breakfast. Many things can go wrong and he will take no chances.

How would the ROs react if they thought MC was dead for whatever reason but then they came back?

Now, depending on how long the MC has been gone, let's say a while...

T would be completely washed up. Not attending to their duties(the ones that had nothing to do with you) and losing all control when it came to socializing. No one would get anywhere near them. When you arrive from where you were, T would honestly believe they were seeing a ghost(it wouldn't be the first time they were haunted by their past). But, upon realizing you were actually there—tears.

Azrail would have no one to turn to, really. The one person they decided they would give their heart to is gone? What would they do then? They don't attempt to speak to anyone else, they isolate themselves. When you arrive from where you were, Azrail would refuse to acknowledge you for quite a bit of time—because you hurt them, even if you couldn’t help your disappearance. After they come around, expect nothing but overprotectiveness—what if something did happen to you?

S is a popular person outside of the castle—they would likely resign from their job and get one in the capital. They wouldn’t be themselves until you're back—you’re a part of them. When you return, there's nothing but joy—even if you willingly left.

R is someone with much at their fingertips—they would get lost in all of it at your ‘death’—though they would take no new lovers. When you return, it takes them a while to shift back into the comfort the two of you once had. But once they do, they shower you with all the trinkets under the sun, a way to bride you to stay, even if your disappearance was against your will.

Alright, so angst...

On a scale of 1-10, angst level?

T: Their route is about 6/10, depending on your MC.

Azrail: Their route is 9/10, the highest of all the ROs. It could be lower depending on your MC.

S: Their route is about 3/10, depending on your MC.

R: Their route is about 5/10, though it could be higher than that depending on your MC.

Yes, fun! I’m not sure exactly what MC is asking for, but let’s say it’s something reasonable enough:

Puppy Dog Eye Resistance?

T is a 2, they can't handle it.

Azrail is a 9, once they make up their mind, there’s no changing it(at least most of the time).

S is a 4, mostly because they feel bad that you have to ask for anything that way.

R is a 7, on occasion they’ll give in to humor you, but you’ll have to convince them in other ways(that suit them, if you know what I mean).

How would they react if MC was too small for a kiss?

T would fail to hide their amusement, and they'd kneel to give you easier access. Though, only if you're alone—the court dislikes the two of you enough.

Azrail would look on as you struggle, the ghost of a smile in place. Though, if you were alone, you'd probably get more kisses than you were hoping for.

S would try to comfort you, secretly feeling a little pleased that you're smaller than them. If in private, they'll bend down to give you a kiss.

R is the only one who will kiss you in public with no shame. Is there a wall around? They'll take advantage of it and press you against it. If not, they'll just pick you up, despite the court acting as if the two of you are killing a man. If in private, expect a bit more than kissing.
