LOL I'm not EST but yeah, some of that has created dicey moments.
I’m sorry & I would promise it would never happen again, but lbr I’m not that responsible a person so who knows. Maybe I should just start a NSFW blog once and for all.

Inspired by allsineed's post, Let's Take a Road Trip!
Fandom: Star Wars (Empire Strikes Back)
Prompt: catko's General; "deipnosophist: n., a person skilled in the art of dining and dinner-table conversation." Rating: G Words: 134 Note: From the scene in Cloud City where Han and Leia met Lando for dinner, only to have the door open to Darth Vader. "Welcome, Your Highness," came a deep, raspy, computerized voice that sent chills down Solo's spine. "And Mr. Solo." Overpowered immediately, Solo bit at his friend. "You lying, thieving, conniving, little - " Calrissian put his hands up as the stormtroopers roughly handled his two guests. "You know I had no choice, Han." Solo fought furiously against the cuffs now shackling his arms behind his back. "You had a choice, Lando," he spit. "You chose wrong." "Perhaps," Vader moved towards them. "But the choice was his to make." Leia glared at the Darth Lord, chin held up high in defiance. "As is it yours. Make no mistake, the Rebellion is still strong, even without me." "We shall see, Your Highness," came the reply, as the troopers roughly shoved the two out into the hall. "We shall see."

Really??? I’ve always thought of that as a courtesy..
If I do it, it's courtesy. If someone else does it, they're assuming I'm not grown up enough to keep my items away from their line.

Whoa.
WHY ARE MEN LIKE THIS.
Prompt (catko/allsineed): Suddenly, Walter is acting like a father, and Peter is acting like a son.
*******************************
"We'll fix this, Peter," came the soft spoken words behind him. "I promise."
Peter struggled to keep the grief of the recent loss - second loss - of his child out of his voice. "You don't know that, Walter."
"But Peter, I do!" A hint of excitement rose through his father's attempt at compassion. "We have the necessary - "
Unable to take it, Peter warned, "Don't, Walter. I mean it." Turning, he fixing a hard glare at his father. "Do not turn Etta's death into some puzzle you can't wait to work on. "
Walter faltered and didn't immediately respond. For once, it appeared his father might finally respect some boundaries. "I apologize, Peter. I meant no offense."
Controlling the bite in his words, Peter gritted his teeth. "Of course not." Losing his grip, however, his tone turned sharp. "I mean, it's not like you meant all this" Peter spread his arms, indicating the battle zone of the world surrounding them "to happen either." He let the anger fill him now. "And yet, here we are."
Pain filled his father's expression. "We're here because I love you as much as you love Etta."
Tears filled Peter's eyes at the reminder that maybe his father did understand, but he refused to let them fall. "It's not the same, Walter."
"It is, Peter," Walter said softly, moving closer to his son and putting an arm on his shoulder. "It's exactly the same."
"I'm not you, Walter," Peter finally let the tears flow as he allowed his father to pull him into his arms.
"No, you're not, my son," Walter comforted. "You're better."

Hah, good one!
I was like "I want to help you all out, but the only characters whose lines I know all of are...ones you probably don't want me playing?"
But I still said yes.
