Okay, so here’s the thing. I’m usually a very good friend to other people, so yes, I’d love to have myself as a friend. However, I’m not always that great of a friend and need a lot of affirmation and stuff, but I think in general, I’d like to be friends with me. I’m not too shabby.

I’d save the dog because if my boss was aware of what was happening, he’d probably reconsider firing me. Just saying.

This is something I’ve thought about a lot, actually. I’d probably only tell my family and my super duper close friends, just so that the people that aren’t really invested in my life don’t have to pretend to want to be, if that makes sense. I’d try to make sure that all of the people I knew felt loved and appreciated by me, however, and I’d work really hard to fix things that I’ve left broken. I’d be beyond terrified, but hey. Death is a scary thing, my friend.

in your opinion, what makes a great relationship?
Trust and respect and a willingness to compromise. A lot of times, you won’t see eye to eye, and that’s totally okay. But you have to respect each other enough to work out a compromise that will fulfill both of your needs. Relationships should be reciprocal; I do this for you because I love you, but you do something for me to. And I don’t mean it in a sexual way or anything, don’t let anyone tell you that you HAVE to provide sex because they did something nice for you. I mean that you are willing to give up something so your partner can be happy and they can do the same.
how can i win your heart?
Treat me like a puppy, basically. Talk to me, spend lots of time with me, feed me on occasion, listen to me, and cuddle me. And I also like being creative with people or doing things like that, like reading together or listening to music and trying to find a deeper meaning. Stuff like that is adorable.

Sure, some days are super good and other days are super bad. But you don’t know what’s around the bend. Keep pushing through because everything in life is only for now. It’s temporary and one day, you’ll look back and think, “Why was this ever a problem?” Learn to love yourself, because you really are a beautiful person. Only you get to see yourself unedited and raw, and that’s beautiful in itself. Don’t forget to be shiny and make the world shine a bit brighter. And I’m glad you’re here. If you’re not already, maybe one day you’ll feel the same way about yourself. The most important thing to do is to love, and be loved in return. Not all love has to be romantic; sometimes, hugs are better than kisses and the snuggles your best friend can give you are better than the kisses of someone you’re physically attracted to.
