Agreed. Being groomed and not taking accountability for how stupid you were for letting it happen can be true at the same time.

I was SA’d by my uncle when I was a minor all while knowing it wasn’t right but not having the willpower to stop it. It was wrong, but I was a people pleaser. I wish I said no but I didn’t because I was more sexually mature than I was mentally.

Ally used the word kidnapped on the last blog while avoiding her accountability in going along with CP to get diapered pictures at 17 y/o. That’s coercion, not kidnapping. Yes CP is an angry military man, but you could’ve said no or ghosted him and you didn’t. He didn’t forcibly abduct and traffic you just to take some pictures.

I hope this isn’t coming off as victim blaming, because I think we should all forgive someone’s actions in being groomed because it’s usually complex and lacks a greater understanding of power…But at least acknowledge your part in it and don’t fudge the details. Own your truth.
