I took a mini break from documenting my journey to figure out moving into a new apartment. However, my progress is still going strong, and I’m enjoying the results - more energy and motivation, feeling easier to move and I’ve got a bit of a self confidence boost which should be even more once I’m at my goal.
My next step is to up my weights volume to get stronger, I have any to be able to do 15 pushups by the end of the month
