This Aloha Smoothie is all natural, doesn't have any dairy, and tastes like a tropical vacation. You can choose to have it with or without boba pearls for a tasty treat that takes you to a tropical Hawaiian island.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks. 1/2 ripe banana. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon agave nectar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup tapioca pearls optional, for boba. 1/4 cup brown sugar optional, for boba. 1/4 cup water optional, for boba. Ice cubes optional, for extra chill.
Instructions: If using boba, boil water and cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Drain, then mix with brown sugar. Let them cool. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, ripe banana, coconut milk, almond milk, agave nectar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you want an extra chill. If using boba, place the cooked tapioca pearls in a glass. Pour the Aloha smoothie over the boba or directly into a glass without boba. Stir gently, insert a straw, and enjoy!
