Beautiful post, do read on. . Sometimes I forget the world is not as lovely, honest and true as this yoga community and I get shocked when I come upon dishonesty. . Thanks to @kayla_richards_locke 💕💗💕 Let's talk vulnerability: One of the most beautiful things on this planet. One can try to hide it, but it usually always shines through. Bringing a new light to the face behind the mask. Vulnerability brings us to the raw point of openness that is necessary for growth. Showing our vulnerable side to the world allows us to connect with others in a sense that allows room for more empathy, for more compassion, for more love. Day 7 #AloMermaids is Mermaid Traingle. I had no idea what this pose was supposed to be when I was looking at the pose list last night. After work yesterday, I went to the lake, hopped up on this picnic table and busted out the poses for today and tomorrow since I work from 9 am to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday. I said "mermaid triangle, well... maybe this is it." I got it kinda close? 😂😜 Oh well, I feel like the true point of this challenge is to stay true to my inner mermaid. Which I totally did.
