It had been almost a week since the long and emotionally exhausting conversation had taken place. The one he'd promise to pretend hadn't happened. There was just one thing about it he wasn't going to forget. He had planned this day all week, and he'd even snuck off on his own for a couple of hours the other day. Everything was planned, all he had to do now, was try and keep a straight face. He'd just told Erica that he'd arranged for a night out, just the two of them. Well three if you counted Camden, but he wasn't born yet. Isaac was teeming with nervous energy, as he was in the shower, trying to get himself back under control. He had on purpose opted for the two of them to take separate showers. Once he was done in the shower, he'd managed to calm his nerves enough. He picked up the black velvet box, which held something that had cost him a fortune. However, to him, Erica was worth it. He'd brought a change of clothes with him to the bathroom, so he was dressed before he got out into the apartment. The black little box was safely tucked away on the inside of his leather jacket.
He took a deep breath before he opened the bathroom door, and went and searched for his gorgeous girlfriend. He found her sitting on the couch and he smiled when he saw her. He loved how beautiful she looked. "You look stunning," he said as he rounded that couch and held his hand out to her. Isaac was determined to be the perfect gentleman he could tonight. He was just thankful he'd managed to shake his nerves and was actually calm. He just hoped he'd be able to remain calm and posed through the rest of the night.

They had decided to spend the night in, like they did more often than not now. He didn't want to share her with others, nor did he find it suitable that his pregnant girlfriend was out and about. So he always insisted on a night in. Then again, she was about five months along and Isaac much rather stay at home, and just listen to them both. Just like right now. Erica was sitting on the couch, and he had his head in her lap, his ear pressed against her stomach. "I'm glad, that we know that Camden is, well a Camden." he murmured as he pressed his ear even closer.
