I had a rough night sleeping because of my crap lungs but this morning I was lightly napping when I heard my door open. Nolan was standing there with a McDonalds bag. He brought me pancakes, Mary, PANCAKES!! Yesterday I told him I was craving pancakes so he got me some before he headed to the clinic! He told me he couldn't find Cloud Atlas but left me his copy of The Time Travelers Wife. He couldn't stay long but I'M IN LOVE! This might be the heavy painkillers talking but I wanna propose! -N&N

THERE WAS A NOTE UNDER THE PANCAKES! It said “I’m not supposed to ask the patients out so this is me "not” asking you out when you’re discharged from the hospital.“ My heart monitor started beeping so fast and I couldn’t stop coughing that my nurse was worried but I didn’t wanna say anything so when I got my breath back I just blurted out that I was really excited about the pancakes!!! I’ve never been asked out before. I’m super excited but I’m also freaking out right now!!! -N&N
