A little bit heartbroken "oh no, I've gotten you sick!" is always lovely.

But consider: a pissed off but adorably sniffly "You got me sick! *sdiffff*"

(obviously this could refer to a contagion, but what if it referred to ending up really cold and wet, and unscientifically, then sick? Due to exposure to bad weather, or some sort of mishap involving icy water... so many possibilities)
