I recently photographed the abandoned NASA rocket test stands in southern California for Alta Journal. It was a lot of fun getting to explore the different stands (all while keeping one eye scanning for rattlesnakes). Hopefully they will end up preserving these giant pieces of astronomical history. I had to wait on sharing this for a while, but the new issue of Alta Journal is out featuring my portrait session with Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong. With the legalization of marijuana finally becoming the law of the land in California, Alta talks with Mr. Chong about how it feels to finally have won this long battle.
