hi. my eyes are really bloodshot at the moment. but hi
026
Last night, feeling disheartened, I decided to get lit while watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Not only did I run for four and biked three miles that day, but I also consumed little food-I knew prior to going through with the task that I would be very susceptible to any effects. Truthfully, I wanted to visit the “fifth dimension” again (a wondrous place existing in tandem with our reality, only seen by a few people).
By the end of the night, I was incredibly lit and had barely followed the movie. The aesthetics of it were marvelous however. Although it seemed that I would be unable to attain dimensional travel, the obsceneness of the film affected my mindset, enabling me to experience an alternate reality. I was able to look through and visit memories of the Aaron in that different reality. In this timeline, Aaron was fortunate enough to avoid many of the downfalls I have gone through, and as such he was a completely different person.
This Aaron was more successful (academically, professionally and romantically); He made very few mistakes and luck has shined on him many times. However, although this Aaron seemed much happier, he was less developed philosophically and socially. Having gotten his way for most of his life, this Aaron possessed a superiority complex, was impatient and lacked strong friendships. Superficially he was content, but deep down he realized that he was falling apart.
This morning I lost touch with my alternate persona. I also realized that although my life is far from perfect, there are many things in it that I cherish. Through sweat, blood and tears I have created my existence and I would not have it any other way.
