This mornings run was hot and humid. Again I struggled. I feel like the 2 weeks I spent in Cali and Utah running mountains, has lowered my tolerance to Florida's heat and humidity! I may have been beat down but I'm not broken. I'll be back out again tomorrow. I ran with #heed and #fizz and some hammer gels.
