I think I might be getting the hang of this glute/ham activation thing. 😁 I'm a very quad dominant person and for the longest time, my squats were stronger than my deadlifts and I never ever felt soreness in my glutes or hamstrings. I hate glute work, but I've been very conscious of warming up and stretching my hips and glutes before squatting and deadlifting.
