It has been decided, by now, that between the Blacks and the Malfoys, a marriage would be positively ideal. After all, the Blacks are both Noble and Ancient, and although the Malfoys are a Pureblood family, they are so terribly young in comparison.

And Narcissa Malfoy, too - she is a beautiful woman, capable, intelligent, eloquent and charming. Their children will be strong and no doubt accomplished, later in  life. 

She's not precisely Lucius' type, of course - she seems  lovely enough, but hardly submissive at all, and moreover, she is very...

Still, homosexual endeavours, enjoyable as they may be  for play, can hardly be considered in terms of the marriage bed, and he will simply have to leave his taste for a submissive partner, preferably a male one, until after they are married.

Speaking of waste, however, Lucius now needs to dispense some time in meeting with the standards and affections of  Narcissa's family members - Alessia is the obvious choice. She is the least likely to attempt his murder simply for greeting her politely, after all.
